T.O. Food & Drink Fest 2025

From April 11–13, 2025, i-Tal Sip proudly made its debut at the T.O. Food & Drink Fest at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre—and what a weekend it was.

T.O. Food & Drink Fest 2025: Our Official Debut!

We showcased our full lineup of low-sugar fusion lemonades and nutrient-packed sea moss blends, and it was incredible to see so many new faces trying and falling in love with our tropical creations. For many guests, it was their first time tasting sea moss—and the reactions were unforgettable. From surprised smiles to enthusiastic second tastes, our flavours sparked conversations, laughter, excitement, and created unforgettable memories all weekend long.

Our team effort began well before the doors even opened. Jai handled the full setup for the booth on Thursday. Although he couldn't participate during the show itself, since it was a 19+ event, he made sure the team had everything they needed to make the booth a success. His behind-the-scenes leadership helped set the tone for an incredible weekend.

Each day brought a new “fan favourite,” with different lemonades and sea moss blends stealing the show depending on the crowd’s mood. Whether it was the bold pop of our Minted Pomegranate lemonade or the smooth, island-rich taste of our Piña Paradise sea moss, there was truly a flavour for everyone.

Beyond sampling and sipping, the festival was full of good energy—great music, lots of dancing, endless laughs, and plenty of connection with fellow creators, vendors, and visitors. We even hosted a few giveaways leading up to the show:

We are incredibly grateful for the warm welcome into the food and drink community. This was our first major show, and it is just the beginning.

Plus, we heard you loud and clear—many of you asked about a sea moss drink, and now the wheels are turning. Stay tuned, because we are already in the kitchen experimenting. Spring 2026 might just taste a little different...
